Again, to my pleasant, grateful surprise:
Weight lost in the past week: 2.4 lbs.
Total Weight lost: 14.2 lbs.
Average weight loss per week: 2.37 lbs (over 6 weeks).
Target average: 1 lb per week.
Almost hitting my next target, Alhamdulillah (praise and thanks to God). Still limiting my food to veggie stuff (mainly patties, soup, cheese pizza, and veggie subs). I do eat a bit of fish, and did partake in some meals that had regular meat (like Chicken or Beef), but that meat was minimal.
I did have a splurge of junk food. That was yesterday. I think I’m going through salt-withdrawal symptoms.
Body Shape: Dilbert, or that Yellow guy with the cowboy hat during 70s and 80s Saturday Morning Cartoons on ABC.
Exercise in past 7 days:
1. Exercise via exercise video: 2 sessions @ 10 minutes each.
2. Ice Skating (or in my case, holding on to the wall as I walked for a few laps): 1 session (about 1.5 hours).
3. Treadmill: 1 session @ 3.1 mph for 20 minutes.
Next target: 285 lbs.
Long term target: 200 lbs.
